Breathe Into Light is a day-long Winter Solstice gathering designed to hold space for reflection, renewal, and gentle celebration — a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself, the rhythms of nature, and the returning light. During morning snack, immerse yourself in Stacey Johnson’s herbal tea workshop and ceremony, creating your own personalized tea blend while exploring the restorative wisdom of seasonal herbs. This gentle pause nurtures both body and spirit, preparing you for the deeper experiences to come. Next, join Falen Reid for Elemental Breathwork, a transformative session combining breath, movement, guided meditation, and restorative sound bath. This experience offers a profound release, cultivating clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of inner peace. Enjoy a nourishing winter stew with seasonal root vegetables, served alongside fresh sourdough bread, allowing the body to savor warmth and grounding. With extensive yoga and wellness training, she guides participants to release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and nurture inner balance. Stacey Johnson – Wholistic Nutritionist, Reiki Practitioner & Mindset Coach Stacey supports participants in finding balance through nutrition, mindful self-care, and the wisdom of seasonal herbs. Her herbal tea workshops and ceremonies help people reconnect with nature, nourish the body, and cultivate calm and clarity. Falen Reid – Reiki, Sound Bath and Elemental Breathwork Practitioner Falen combines breathwork, movement, guided meditation, and sound to help participants release tension, awaken clarity, and cultivate inner peace. Dissatisfied with simply masking symptoms, Falen sought to understand root causes. She explored diverse healing modalities—including yoga, therapy, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, dietary changes, and tarot/oracle readings—and emerged stronger and more balanced. Today, Falen is certified in several of these modalities and dedicates herself to helping others uncover their unhealed wounds and move toward wholeness.
