A women’s gathering for vitality, grounding, and support through Breathwork & Womb Steaming Rituals. Falen will guide us through a breathwork and somatic experience for releasing the old energies that are ready to compost and leave. Coming into presence with our hearts, the breath, and their medicine. Akaiy’ha will invite us to attune to our womb spaces through the ancient ritual of Womb Steaming, deepening into softness and receiving, and attuning our energy to what we desire to call in and create. There is space for 10 women to join us in a lovely home on the river approx one hour from downtown Ottawa in Dunrobin.
